Strasburg Railroad

The Strasburg Railroad was originally founded in 1832. In 1957 Henry K. Long, Donald E. L. Hallock and other investors to buy the railroad to prevent its closure. They started acquiring historic railroad equipment and in 1958 the road to Paradise reopened as a tourist railroad.
